To initiate a return, please email us or head over to our contact form and send us your request there.


  • Return requests must be initiated within 21 days of the date of delivery.

  • Jewellery must be in pristine condition and include all original components.

  • Jewellery must not be altered in any way, including but not limited to unauthorised repairs.

  • Jewellery should be sent in all original packaging in order to protect it on its return trip.

  • Prior to our return authorisation, we will require a photo to ensure your jewellery is in new condition before you send it out to us. Please note: if there is any damage to the item, or repair work is required once it reaches us, we must deduct the cost of this work from your final credit, gift card, or exchange value.

  • The customer is responsible for return postage and all associated fees including customs fees, duties, etc. 

  • We require full tracking and insurance coverage on all return packages. This will be calculated for you.

  • We are happy to provide you with the option to purchase your return postage label directly from us, at our current discounted courier rate. We require payment in full prior to providing you with the paid return postage authorisation number. You pay only the true cost of postage, tracking and insurance - we never charge hidden administrative fees or inflate shipping prices!

  • Please note that due to the uniquely personal nature of customised jewellery, we may not be able to accommodate a return on a bespoke or personalised piece; but we will find a satisfying solution together!  Thank you for your understanding, we are so grateful for you.
